Refund policy

 

You have 14 calendar days to return physical items from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

We are unable to provide refunds for the digital versions of our books once the link has been dispatched as these are non-returnable.

Membership Refunds Policy Refunds are only available on membership orders in advance of your activation email being issued. Your activation email grants you access to the free template which cannot be returned and, as a result, no refund will be offered after your activation email has been issued.
